feels like my fitness is taking a big step forward. Compared my run in Park City to a year ago and i ran a full minute faster per mile for my 20 miler.
getting my milage about where I want it this week and then I will maintain- Go up a bit maybe 10-15 more miles a week and then I will start pouring in the verticle K's.
pm : 5 hot miles. Dat heat training.
